At GelliGlam, we want you to love your nails and your shopping experience with us! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used gel nail stickers or any items marked as “Final Sale” unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at via the form above with your order number and reason for the return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

3. Ship the Return: Package the item(s) securely and send them back using a trackable shipping method. GelliGlam is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

• Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Simply contact us with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs:

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, GelliGlam will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used gel nail stickers

• Gift cards

• Final Sale items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
